Cancellation Policy

Aubree maintains the policy of keeping the customer first and satisfied as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/ merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Aubree team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

  • Aubree would not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be looked into if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice to our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the product. The Team at Aubree will look into your complaint after a thorough test and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

For refund- non/Un-satisfied with quality : The intimation has to be sent to us within 6 hours from the time of purchase and the sample has to be provided to us for testing. It would take about 2 days for the test results to come in, after which we could revert to you on it.

  • The Refund value will not be higher than the product value.

  • The Refund amount will be credited to the customers bank account (from which the payment is made) in 7-10 working days post complete verification.

  • ** in case of refund for a product quality issue - we will NEED you to provide us the sample for investigating.
